We tell all of our clients before their shoot to be sure they get in front of a mirror at some point and practice, practice, practice their expressions!! This is SOOOOOO important in making your photos the best they can be. I will make sure everything else looks good but only you can control your facial expressions during your shoot. : ) We made this silly little video to show you that YES, you WILL feel silly doing this. DO IT ANYWAY!!! ; ) I promise it helps so much. Enjoy!
So I have definitely slacked on Courtney’s Closet the past couple of weeks due to traveling but I am back!! I saw this outfit at the Victoria’s Secret store in NYC and fell in love. It’s a lot cuter in real life than in this picture. The back of the panties have these cute little hot pink bows on it. ADORABLE. They also sell it in hot pink. Love this shoot. I love all the little props J brought to incorporate into her pictures, including a champagne glass that had our “Vixen” logo painted on it. So cute. Have I mentioned lately how much I love making women feel beautiful??? By the way, I am currently in the process of writing a very long blog post about why I shoot boudoir. Be patient with me as it’s a work in progress. I have so much on my heart about this as boudoir is truly one of my greatest passions in life. Once it’s done I know you will understand on a deeper level of why I do what I do and why I know in my heart this is what I was created to do. I can’t begin to describe how much I loved my pictures!! I had a blast and am ready to do it again already All of my clients are just completely fabulous and S was no exception of this. She was so much fun to work with and she rocked her expressions! I’m always telling my clients to practice their expressions before their shoot. I know you feel silly, but DO IT. ; ) It really helps tremendously. You may think the hardest part about doing a boudoir shoot is being half naked in front of the camera, but it’s actually not… it’s your expressions! S brought her veil that she will be wearing when she weds this year… and get this, it was her mother’s veil. SO cool. It was one of the prettiest veils I have ever seen.

I would like to get pricing information on your packages and get more details about your special. Please email any helpful info, thank you. Waist cinchers are AWESOME. They give that “corset” type of look… but in a totally different way. More people should definitely get a waist cincher for their shoot. They are just hot. Love this outfit by Fredericks. C came in recently for her boudoir shoot and I absolutely love how her photos turned out. Her first outfit was completely bangin’ and I loved the variety she brought with her other wardrobe. She started with a super hot sexy outfit then got sweeter and sweeter as the shoot went on. I really love that because it allows you to not only show so many different “sides” of yourself, but really gives your shoot variety.
